INDICATIONS
Serophene (Clomiphene) stimulates the discharge of hormones needed for ovulation to occur.
Serophene is used to stimulate ovulation (the launch of an egg) each time a woman's ovaries can certainly produce a follicle but hormonal stimulation is deficient.
Serophene may also be used for purposes aside from those listed in medicines guide.
INSTRUCTIONS

Serophene is an ovulatory stimulant. It works by helping to produce more hormones that cause your ovaries to release 1 or even more eggs.
Stop taking serophene and seek emergency medical attention in case you experience a hypersensitive reaction (lack of breath; closing of one's throat; swelling of your respective lips, tongue, or face; or hives).
The ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) may be reported that occurs in patients receiving clomiphene. Symptoms of OHSS include swelling of the hands or legs, abdominal pain and swelling, shortness of breath, putting on weight, and nausea or vomiting. OHSS might be fatal. Notify a medical expert immediately or seek emergency medical attention in case you develop these unwanted effects.
Other side effects might also occur. Notify a medical expert if you experience
ovarian enlargement presenting as abdominal or pelvic pain, tenderness, pressure, or swelling;
flushing;
nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea;
breast tenderness or discomfort;
blurred vision or another visual disturbances;
headache; or
abnormal uterine bleeding.
Serophene might increase the probability of multiple births. Multiple births may carry additional risk both to the mother and for your fetuses.
Side effects other than those listed here can also occur. Talk to a medical expert about any unwanted effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.
Do not use Serophene if:
you are allergic to your ingredient in Serophene;
you are pregnant;
you have abnormal vaginal bleeding;
you have ovarian cysts (small growths for the ovaries) or enlargement not because of polycystic ovarian syndrome;
you have or have had blockage of bloodstream (blood clots) inside the legs, lungs, or other parts from the body;
you have liver problems, uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal gland problems, or perhaps a brain lesion (e.g., pituitary gland tumor) .
Contact your physician or doctor right away if any of these connect with you.
Important safety information:
Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks before you recognize how you respond to it.
Enlargement from the ovaries may occur during or right after taking Serophene . Call your health care provider should you experience any stomach or pelvic pain, putting on weight, pain, or stomach enlargement or discomfort while taking Serophene.
Pregnancy with more than 1 fetus (e.g., twins) can be done while you're taking Serophene . Be sure you have discussed the possibility complications and hazards of multiple pregnancy;
Lab tests, including pregnancy tests, could possibly be performed while you use Serophene . These tests might be used to monitor your condition or check for negative effects. Be sure to keep all doctor and lab appointments.
Use Serophene with caution in the elderly; they might be more understanding of its effects.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: avoid the use of Serophene should you are pregnant. Avoid getting pregnant while you're taking it. If you think you might be pregnant, contact a medical expert immediately. It is not known if Serophene can be found in breast milk. Do not breast-feed while taking Serophene.
