Nexium relieves heartburn along with other symptoms a result of the backflow of stomach acid to the canal towards the stomach (the esophagus)—a condition known as gastroesophageal reflux disease. It can be indicated to heal the injury (erosive esophagitis) that reflux disease can cause.
Prescribed along with the antibiotics amoxicillin and clarithromycin, Nexium can also be utilized to treat the problem that produces most duodenal ulcers (ulcers occurring just beyond the exit through the stomach).
Nexium functions by decreasing the manufacture of stomach acid.

STORAGE
