INDICATIONS
Lopressor is used for treating high blood pressure, alone or with other medicines; long-term treating chest pain; and decreasing the probability of death because of heart related illnesses in patients who may have had a heart attack. Lopressor can be a beta-adrenergic blocking agent (beta-blocker). It works by decreasing the effort the guts has got to do (reduces chest pain) and also the amount of blood one's heart pumps out (lowers high blood pressure). It is also used to stabilize one's heart rhythm in conditions in which one's heart is beating too fast or in an irregular rhythm.

STORAGE
Store Lopressor at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). Brief storage at temperatures between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is permitted. Store far from heat, moisture, and lightweight. Do not store within the bathroom. Keep Lopressor out of your reach of kids and faraway from pets.
