INDICATIONS
Imitrex is indicated to the acute treatments for migraine attacks with or without aura in adults. Imitrex is often a headache medicine that narrows veins across the brain. Imitrex also reduces substances by the body processes that will trigger headache pain, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, and also other migraine symptoms.
INSTRUCTIONS
Use Imitrex exactly as prescribed through your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for over recommended. Follow the directions on your own prescription label. Overuse of migraine headache medicine can you could make your headaches worse.

DOSAGE

To ensure you can safely use Imitrex, tell your doctor if you've got any of these other conditions:
FDA pregnancy category C. It is not known whether Imitrex will harm an child. Tell your physician should you be pregnant or plan to become pregnant while using this medication. Sumatriptan can pass into breast milk and may even harm a nursing baby. Do not breast-feed within 12 hours after using Imitrex.
