Ezetimibe is used along with a cholesterol/low that is low diet and exercise to help lower cholesterol in the blood. Ezetimibe may be used alone or with other drugs (such as "statins" or fibrates). Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor, frequently when daily with or without food.
