INDICATIONS
Norvasc is used for treating high blood pressure and angina (chest pain). It may be used alone or with other medicines. Norvasc is really a calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing (dilating) your blood vessels, lowering hypertension, and decreasing heart rate, which lowers the workload around the heart. It also dilates coronary arteries increasing the circulation of blood towards the heart.

STORAGE
Store Norvasc between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C). Store from heat, moisture, and lightweight. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Norvasc out of your reach of youngsters and faraway from pets.

Dizziness; drowsiness; fatigue; flushing; headache; muscle cramps; nausea; stomach pain; weakness.
Seek medical assistance without delay if some of these severe unwanted effects occur:
Severe allergy symptoms (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness within the chest; swelling with the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); dark urine; lack of breath; fast or irregular heartbeat; pounding within the chest; swelling of feet or legs; tender, bleeding, or swollen gums; worsening chest pain; yellowing in the eyes or skin.
