INDICATIONS
Dulcolax is used for relieving occasional constipation and irregularity.
INSTRUCTIONS
Use Dulcolax as directed from your doctor. Check the label for the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
Take Dulcolax by mouth with or without food.
Take Dulcolax which has a full glass of water (8 oz/240 mL).
Drinking extra fluids while you are taking Dulcolax is usually recommended. Check with your doctor for instructions.
Swallow Dulcolax whole. Do not break, crush, or chew before swallowing.
Do not take Dulcolax within an hour after taking an antacid or milk.
If you miss a dose of Dulcolax and are taking it regularly, take it as quickly as possible. If it is almost time for your forthcoming dose, skip the missed dose and get back on your normal dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses simultaneously.

DOSAGE
Use as prescribed through your Health Provider.
STORAGE
Store Dulcolax at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Store faraway from heat, moisture, and light. Keep Dulcolax out from the reach of youngsters and away from pets.
All medicines may cause side effects, but a majority of individuals have no, or minor, unwanted side effects. Check with your physician if any of these most COMMON unwanted effects persist or become bothersome:

Tell your health care provider when you have any medical conditions, particularly if any from the following affect you:
Some MEDICINES MAY INTERACT with Dulcolax. However, no specific interactions with Dulcolax are known at the moment.
Ask your health care provider if Dulcolax may communicate with other medicines that you just take. Check with your health care provider prior to starting, stop, or change the dose associated with a medicine.
Do NOT use Dulcolax if:
Contact your doctor or physician immediately if some of these sign up for you.
Do not use for more than seven days without checking with your doctor. Using Dulcolax for some time may result in lack of normal bowel function.
Do not take additional laxatives or stool softeners with Dulcolax unless directed because of your doctor.
Rectal bleeding or failure to get a bowel movement within 12 hours after using a laxative may be a sign of a serious condition. Stop use and make contact with your doctor.
If you develop nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain, stop using Dulcolax and look with your doctor.
If you find an abrupt difference in bowel habits that may last for fourteen days or more, don't continue using Dulcolax. Instead, check with your doctor.
Use Dulcolax with caution in the ELDERLY; they may be more understanding of its effects.
Dulcolax really should not be employed in CHILDREN younger than 6 years old; safety and effectiveness over these children weren't confirmed.
PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: If you get pregnant, contact a medical expert. You will need to discuss the advantages and perils associated with using Dulcolax when pregnant. It is not known if Dulcolax is found in breast milk. If you might be or will probably be breast-feeding take Dulcolax, consult a medical expert. Discuss any possible risks for your baby.
